Procurement Manager

Halo Car Wash is a new, next-generation express exterior car wash expanding across Canada and is designed to deliver the ultimate car wash experience. With our self-loading conveyor belts, automatic pay terminals, wash memberships, free vacuums, environmentally friendly soaps and industry-leading water treatment system, the Canadian consumer will experience a wash like no other. 

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing, vendor management, and inventory operations across a growing portfolio of car wash locations. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective sourcing of parts, equipment, and chemicals to support maintenance, operations, and construction projects.

The successful candidate will build and maintain procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and support inventory systems in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchasing of parts, equipment, and chemicals to support operations and construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain standardized purchase order and procurement processes.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and spend analysis.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, tracking, and periodic counts.
  • Utilize CMMS systems (MaintainX) to support purchasing, work orders, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage supplier contracts and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations, construction, and finance teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with field teams to improve inventory accuracy, usage tracking, and accountability.
  • Track long-lead items and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
  • Travel occasionally to operational sites and vendors as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, ideally within multi-site operations, construction, facilities, or service industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, CMMS, or ERP platforms.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
